" Very impressed with Richard. I had an emergency at 18:25 hours which was a leak coming from underneath a kitchen sink from a compression fitting. There was no isolator on the fitting so I could not cut the water -only way was to cut the water to the whole house via the stopcock but I didn’t want to do that with a young family inside. I WhatsApp’d Richard & he responded immediately and he arrived at the property in less than 30 minutes rectifying the leak which could have caused significant damage had it been left. Richard is very professional and whilst I was expecting him to ask me for payment there and then, he said he would send me an invoice via email which he did later that evening which I subsequently paid. I would certainly recommend Richard for all your plumbing needs -he is reliable , trustworthy, genuine and very professional—-thank you Richard! "
